EFFECT OF MANAGEMENT OF Liriomyza huidobrensis (BLANCHARD) (DIPTERA: AGROMYZIDAE) IN A COMMERCIAL CROP OF Gypsophila paniculata L. (CARYOPHYLLACEAE)
Main Article Content
The level of Liriomyza huidobrensis populations (Blanchard) (Dip: Agromyzidae) affected the development of Gypsophila paniculata L. (Caryophyllaceae), is very important the control of L. huidobrensis in the vegetative phase of G. paniculata, because the future production depends on this phase. The population of L. huidobrensis is preferably located on the half and third portion of the plant. The development of the populations of this leafminer in greenhouse depends on the plant development, leaf miner, and density of the population of these parasites.
