Some notes about histologic aspects of the muscle tissue of Hymenoptera

Cytological structural aspects of the nuclear apparatus of Hymenoptera are studied. Chains of nuclei present in striated muscle cells are described. It is pointed out that in adult miofibers rows of independent nuclei are originated by amitotic fragmentation of giant polyploid nuclei.
