First record of Uranotaenia cooki (Diptera: Culicidae) in the Dominican Republic

This study reports the species Uranotaenia cooki (Diptera: Culicidae) in the Dominican Republic for the first time, specifically in the municipality of Jarabacoa. With this finding, the culicid is officially present in all the countries that make up the Greater Antilles.
